SHIPPING POLICY

For countries outside Colombia, your order may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. The customer is responsible for paying these once the package reaches its destination.

All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 4 - 7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a notification to let you know. We’ll also send you an email with all the shipping details so you can track your artwork's journey to its new home.

Please note that shipping times are estimated, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURN POLICY:

We take great care in packing your artwork with protective boxes and secure wraps to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us right away—ideally within two days of receiving it. Simply send us an email at danielaromeroartist@gmail.com with your name and order information, and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.

You are entitled to a refund if the damage was not caused by any negligence or mishandling on your part. If you need to return the artwork, please make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit.

REFUND POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or if any issues arise, you have 30-60 days to request a refund. Just send us a message at danielaromeroartist@gmail.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you. Please return the artwork in similar wrapping and packaging to protect it during transit. Unfortunately, we can’t accept damaged returns for refunds. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including any associated fees.
